DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Mix 1 scoop (8g) serving with 200-225 ml of chilled water. Using shaker, shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Consume immediately, 30 minutes before intense exercise. In order to maintain a regular sleep pattern, DO NOT consume within 3 hours of regular bedtime. DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN 2 SERVINGS IN ANY 24-HOUR TIME PERIOD.
